Trying to log into my account but seems like i get redirected
Hi Roy,
We hear you, Freshdesk has the new login system which is called the Org v2 were your agent profile is created in Freshworks, so that you can use the same credentials to login to all the freshworks product like Freshchat, Freshservice and etc.
So when you are redirected to the Freshworks agent login page, login as usual and you should be taken to you helpdesk.
If you face any issues on this, please drop in an email to support@freshdesk.com and one of our support agents would be able to help you through it.
