Hello Fresh Desk people, I've just wasted 9am to 7pm trying to configure Fresh Desk. Nope. Can't do it. No idea what I'm doing. So I am hoping people in here are interested in being paid by me to set it up for me. I just need the basics done first, tgen once thats working the other fun stuff can follow. Anyway. Hello. I believe Prasanna from Freshdesk is in touch with Roxie from your company and is helping her setup Freshdesk . We don't charge for helping customers set up the product.

Yes. Thankyou. They realise sed some type of domain setting needs to be changed so we are waiting for the ISP to do this. Thx
