Seems to be a problem with javascript - see third screenshot. Replying to a ticket results in a message warning that the publisher of the *.js file can't be verified (see screenshot):

The same issue could be reproduced in IE11 as well, so it's totally IE's legacy.

Hi Guys,

We do have certain compatibility issues in Microsoft Edge browser. Since it is relatively new, We haven't concluded testing the product in the above mentioned browser.

However, With regards to the script error, Please try the below suggestion and see if it helps.

  • Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

  • Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

  • Click the Advanced tab, select the Disable script debugging Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes.

  • Clear the Display a notification about every script error check box, and then click OK.

Any status update on this issue?  With Windows 10 coming out and ever increasing Microsoft Edge use, I imagine this will become quite a large issue for you if not resolved.

This is a problem right now.  Windows 10 and Freshdesk don't seem to get along.  I have a screencast from a user who can't reply to tickets.  It looks like windows 10 but Internet Explorer

Hello Everyone,

Just checking in to see if there are still compatibility issues with Windows10/Microsoft Edge browser.

Cheers!

Yes there are still problems - when you paste from Word or Excel, the Clean/Keep dialog never goes away regardless of which button you click...
