Android App Bugs?

Is anyone else having issues with the FreshService Android App?

I'm unable to EDIT any fields in an already created ticket (though I can edit them while creating a new ticket).

And no attached documents will display (regardless of document type: PDF, XLS, etc.).

Hi David,

We are aware of this issue where the agents won't be able to edit the properties of a ticket after creation and we are working on an android app update which would fix the same. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused and I assure that this update will be rolled as soon as possible.

And, regarding the issue related to the attached documents; do you mean that the icon which indicates that a ticket has attachments is not present? or that you are unable to open an attached document from the app?.

We have successfully rolled out an update which fixes the "agents unable to edit ticket properties" issue. Please update your Freshservice App from the Google Play Store and let us know if the issue is resolved at your end.

Looks like that issues has been fixed.
