Change / Problem Requester not searching

When a Change or Problem is created the Requester search is not working.  You can manually type in the full email address as a work around, but we'd like the names appear below as found in ticket creation.

Hi Derek,

We have had this ask for the “Search a Requester” functionality to auto-populate the requester profiles in Problem and Change requests separately and we’ve already raised a feature enhancement requests each for this. 

We will add your concern as well to the list as well.
