Is there a way to have a combined view of all my tickets, projects that I own and tasks assigned to me?
I use all three components of FS and really would like an easy way to see everything assigned to me and/or that I own (ticket or project).

Hi Justin,
You can make use of the Custom Dashboard to view Tickets, Tasks, Problems, Changes & Releases, this will give you an overview of all the modules. Project management is not currently supported over Dashboard.
You can also make use of Analytics to build your own Dashboard with all the modules except the Project management, We will pass the Project management enhancement request to our Product team.

We still haven’t enabled the API’s for Project management yet. This is currently being developed and once its deployed, we will start integrating Project management with the Dashboard module in Freshservice. We will keep you posted upon further updates.

We are currently ideating on a Workload Management feature that would allow for viewing and managing workloads across Tickets, Changes, Problems, Releases, ITIL Tasks and Project tasks and we think that this would solve the issue highlighted here i.e. visibility into work items across modules. We are tentatively targeting a Q1 2022 release for this feature and will keep you posted on further developments here.

I am also still interested in the Project API as it would be very useful to my organization. Basically every other module has an API available. Why not projects?

Any update on this Workload feature? Your comment says Q1 2022, the Workload Management documentation says it was for beta release in October 2022. Pretty keen to try it out as I need a view of all work across my team and wanting to see Tickets, Problems, Changes, and Project Tasks all in the one place.
