Inviting you to our very first Freshservice Ninja Meet-up, an opportunity for all of us (Ninjas and the Freshservice team) to come together, know each other and learn from one another.

This is an invite-only event for our Freshservice Ninjas (those who participated in the Freshservice Ninja Challenge).

Share with us what you’d like to see, and discuss with our Freshservice team and other Ninjas, so that we can ensure we plan the agenda to suit your needs and time.

It is always fun to talk about how people are leveraging workflow automators and third party integrations! I would also like to hear how we use those tools for change and release management. Would just be fun to see how everyone got to where they are now, administering freshservice. Lastly, what talk about what is on the horizon for freshservice and how we can use new functionality to solve some common business problems.

Hey @zachary.king. We’ll be meeting virtually on Bevy (our new events tool) which will be very similar to Zoom. I shall be sharing a guide on how you can use Bevy, a day before our meet-up. Hope that helps :)

Here is a joining guide for our registered participants for joining the virtual meet-up today on Bevy Virtual. A lot of us are new to the platform, so hopefully this will help you join the session easily.

Quick tips!

1. Bevy does not require any external application
2. It works best when used on the Google Chrome browser
3. Ensure you have good internet connectivity ⚡️🌐
4. Enable your audio and video upon joining the session for a good experience. Listening to you and seeing you definitely make a lot of difference during virtual events. 🔉📷
5. Grab your favorite beverage and join us! ☕️🍹

@rashmi.nag Thank you so much for recording this session. It was extremely insightful. I was hoping we could continue the conversation in this thread. 

I think it was @ggallaway (couldn’t see names on the recording) who mentioned how they were building a “Known Problems List”. This sounded amazing and was hoping to gain some further insight on how you have implemented this functionality.

Also, just to drop a few things that I would have loved to contribute in the meeting… @daniel.soderlund I have implemented Employee Onboarding recently so if you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to ask, would love to share our triumphs and struggles with you to help you in your quest for EOB in freshservice. Secondly, can’t wait for “Time Based Automations”, this will be game changing for us. Thirdly, @keefe.andrews I also have been on the bad end of an endless loop with supervisor rules and WFAs 🤣. Lastly, I love all the initiatives to grow this community and add the ability for us all to engage in different ways, as we continue to support each other across the globe.
