Freshservice APi V2 for new gen projects

Hi there

Freshworks announced this in the V2 API Documentation for Freshservice

Following Project APIs are for legacy project management and these are not compatible with the new-gen project management. We are currently migrating customers from legacy to the new-gen project management. APIs for new-gen will also be rolled out soon.

 

Anyone knows what “soon” means? 😉

I ask, because we really need this for our Projects.

Hi @Stefan.Roll, Lets tag @sanofar.allahpichai as she most likely has some insight on the rollout schedule or can at least get in touch with someone who does. I agree this would be great knowledge to have for preparation for the migration.

I have great news! We are expecting to roll out REST APIs for New Gen PM projects and tasks by end of June. Release notes for June 2022 will be out soon. Stay tuned to know more about all the exciting features and enhancements releasing at the end of this month 😀

Important Note: We have updated the release timelines of ‘Rest APIs for New-Gen Project Management ‘ on 01st July 2022. This will be available for all plans on 15th Jul' 22 instead of 30th June’22.
