One of our vendors are using Freshservice and we are looking into doing the same.
Are there any possibilites two integrate 2 freshservice instances fo easy ticket creation/sharing?

We do have the option of integrating two Freshservice instances using API calls and webhooks. Apart from this, you can also take a look at our Marketplace for seamless integrations with Slack, Trello, PagerDuty and much more. We also have the possibility of developing applications to suit your requirements.
