Has anyone ever been able to successfully use the webhook to connect with Azure DevOps?

Hi Robert,
We have a native connector available to integrate with Freshservice called Azure DevOps (VSTS) Integration App. The app allows users to create work items inside the Freshservice form, link tickets to existing work items and also allows Agents to notify the Azure DevOps team, by sending comments inside tickets.
