Hi, i would love to ask if live chat supports multi-language and how to use it?

Hi Long, currently you can support multiple languages in chat using multiple products. For each product you set up in Freshdesk, you will have a corresponding live chat widget. And you can set up messages in different languages in each widget for each language you want to support. Hope this helps you, do let me know if you have any trouble setting this up.
