Does the Wordpress FreshDesk Official plugin work for FreshService?
I want people to be able to view the tickets and KB from our website.

Regarding your query, Wordpress integration is in our long term pipeline.
However, you had mentioned that you wanted your users to be able to view tickets and solutions, so I'd recommend you to try the APIs that we have exposed here.
