We sell License software services to clients that are renewable every year. for Ex we sell Microsoft M 365 license to customer on April 1, 2025. The same license has to be renewed on or before 31st March 2026. I wish to create automation where in my sales person get renewal message 45 days prior to expire date, and customer gets mail 30 days in advance for the expiry of license.

If the Renewal date is stored in a date field inside Freshsales, you can then create a Daily workflow to check if the date is exactly in 45 days, and send a reminder email to the Deal owner. Please refer to the following screenshot:

Note: “Renewal Date” is a custom field that I have created on my test demo account.

Thanks for the revert, unfortunately I am not getting “ Renewal Date” option under what conditions should be met.. is that related to product subscription or some other issue.. pls suggest.

It is actually a custom field that I have created in my test account for demo purpose. You can create on in your account and set practice among your Sales team so that they enter the value accurately for every deal. Based on this field, the workflow will run automatically.
