Is there a way to remove the popular items feature in the service catalog? our users are creating generic service requests because thats one of few options on the popular items list over using a form for their specific request
Following - Having the same issue with our users and require this to be removed, can you suggest a fix?

Hey there, you can try adding:
/* Hide "Popular Items" */
a[data-id="popular"] {
display: none !important;
}
in custom stylesheet (Admin → Rebrand your service desk)
For me it worked!
