Where to add Impacted Services?

Hi, very new to Freshservice.

I’m trying to associate impacted services to a ticket, however there obviously aren’t any services.

Now, I can’t figure out for the life of me where to add these services that should show up in this list.

I have some “services” in my service catalog, but I’m assuming that shouldn’t be a part of this.

Ah, doesn’t seem to be an option in our Growth trial. Odd that it still shows the tab in your tickets though.

Ah, doesn’t seem to be an option in our Growth trial. Odd that it still shows the tab in your tickets though.

It’s only in Pro and higher that have that.

You can assign assets and get about the same.

@Cashew , Were you able to associate Impacted Services to your Incident Tickets?
And if you were, then were you able to have the appropriate SLA apply to the Incident Ticket based on the Impacted Service?

The impact didn’t update

I tested to create a WFA and only event I could find was Asset added. 
If I add it as asset the WFA trigger and the impact is set.
