I have a call center of about 20 employees; some using wired and some using wireless headsets. Some of the agents with wireless are expereincing issues with not being able to hear the caller randomly through out the call. We have updated the headsets and done all troubleshooting with the headset. I don’t remember this happening before we switched to Freshcaller at the beginning of the year but we had less wireless headsets in use. Has anyone else had this issues and found a solution?
