Projects - Custom Statuses, List Views

I've started using FreshService's Project Management module, and I'd like to recommend the following enhancements:


  • Ability to create custom statuses (example: Planning, On Hold, etc.)
  • Ability to see projects in a List View (since it can be hard to track down specific projects if you're a member on dozens of them)

I would also add the ability to add Form Fields similar to the other modules.  Thank you.
