Proposed Implementation Details:

  • Add a "Group By" dropdown in the ticket view, alongside the existing sorting options.

  • Allow grouping by "Status" as a default option, with future possibilities for other fields like "Group," "Priority," etc.

  • Display tickets in collapsible sections based on their status, with counts for each group (e.g., Open (10), Pending (5)).
