Replies precise time in customer view

Hello,


In the "customer" tickets view (not the back office view), the replies time and dates are not precise, it is only shown "1 month ago" for example, and not "Monday 3rd October 2014 at 12:45 PM".


Is it possible to have the precise date and time displayed ?
