'Send activation email' in contact card

Hi!

We don’t use customer portal. The button ‘Send activation mail’ in the contact card triggers email towards customer. Agents have been informed however accidentally the button can be clicked. Would be great to have the control of visibility towards agents via roles.

Good point—role-based visibility would really help prevent accidental emails and keep workflows cleaner for agents. Feedback like this is valuable, and platforms that focus on usability improvements, such as 666w, tend to handle these controls more thoughtfully.
