Since the default font size of articles is ridiculously small, I'm trying to apply a larger font size.
There seem to be an issue with the unconfigurable line-height parameter.
How do I fix this.

With respect to your query, I understand you are facing issues with formatting in the Article editor, Can you please try typing the content in any online text editors such as Google Doc or Microsoft word in the required font style and size and then try pasting the same in the Freshdesk Editor. Yes, it reverts back to the tiny font size but the issue persists if I increase font size again

Freshworks is a big company. It’s make me confused that why nobody complaint about this problem.
