Hello Freshworks,
I use the font Verdana and set the font size to 14, but It looks 9 in the article.
Why is it inconsistent?
On google docs, the font is still showing correctly.

I also use this font for my Mobile Detailing Amarillo TX , and the size appears as I set it. However, it seems there may be a glitch with your site, which is why the font is not displaying properly.
Hi
Greetings from Freshworks community.
Could you please confirm if you are copying and pasting the content from Google Docs into the article editor or is the font size set inside Freshdesk and published ?
To help us take a closer look, we kindly request you to email us at support@freshdesk.com with the details. We'd be happy to connect and investigate this further.
Team,
The 14’ font in FreshService articles is very poor visually on the screen. The default (14’) font is way to small. I am trialing the software and both the 14’ and 18’ fonts look very poor. Hoping this gets corrected down the road.
Btw, copying the FreshService font into Google Docs show the font being 10.5.
Hello Freshworks,
I’m using the Verdana font and set the font size to 14, but in the article, it appears much smaller — more like size 9.
However, when I use Google Docs with the same font and size, it displays correctly.
Can you help me understand why the font size appears inconsistently in your platform? Is there a global style or CSS override affecting how fonts are rendered?
Thank you!
