have Freshdesk working in MS teams, but the tickets are only showing up in one team. How do I get the other teams to see the tickets as well. Freshdesk app has been added to the other teams.

Through Freshdesk’s Workflows Automation, you can configure the system to post notifications in other Teams when a ticket is created or updated.

answer provided is correct bit the issue we have is it is working for one on the automated workflow set up to one MS team channel, but it will not work for nay others we have set up. It may be issue with MS teams. we have moved on atm.

Pre-requisites:

  • Ensure that the user integrating MS Teams with Freshdesk is an Admin on both platforms (Microsoft Azure and Freshdesk).

Steps to Integrate MS Teams with Freshdesk:

  1. Install the App:

    • Navigate to the App Marketplace within Freshdesk.
    • Search for Microsoft Teams and click Install.
    • You will be redirected to Microsoft’s OAuth screen to review and accept the required permissions.
  2. Verify Installation:

    • After completing the installation steps, allow some time for the app to complete the installation.
    • To confirm that the app is installed, go to the Manage Apps page within the Freshdesk App Marketplace.
  3. Integrate with MS Teams Channels:

    • Once the app is installed, integrate the Freshdesk app with MS Teams channels.
  4. Set Up Workflow Automation:

    • Configure workflow automation in Freshdesk.
    • Choose the ‘Push to MS Teams’ action to trigger notifications to specific channels.
