Issue Adding Status in Ticket Fields

 

Hi Team,

I’m encountering an issue when trying to add more statuses in the Ticket fields, receiving the error: "Position should be from."

I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. Please look into this and provide a resolution.

 


Haven’t received any replies. Can we fix this?

I’ve tried to replicate the error but I’m not getting it on my side. Is it just for this specific field. I updated status and I have 22 options. Can you explain the issue further ?
