We have been getting a weird error on our Solutions page for a while now -- we’re looking to eventually update our theme for our support site, but we’re trying to dig in and get to the bottom of what’s causing this error before doing so.

We’ve reached out to FD support, who helped us to hide links to this page, but we’d like to fix the root of the problem.

Liquid error: undefined method `filters' for nil:NilClass

 

We’ve also tried Googling with little luck. Can anyone help point us in the right direction for getting this resolved?

Are you trying to restrict your customers from using the solutions page link of your support portal? We can see that you have done portal customization on solutions with the help of our support. In this case, can you let us know when exactly your customers would come across this link and where would you like them to get redirected when using the same?

We removed the links to this page because of this error. Ideally, we’d like to re-add this page back in to our KB, and fix the root cause of the error.
