Thank you for reaching out to us. Not sure if you had already got the answer for this question or not, but stioll sharing my insights here:

 

While adding a deal, we do have an option to add products directly:
 

 

On clicking Add Products, the page expands where you can do either of the following:

  1. Add already existing products
  2. Create a completely new product
