We wanted to change our requester email notification.

We copied in a format from an email template (Microsoft Outlook) which was correctly displayed,

We then saved the template.

Since then there is only a white page and we can not access edit mode at all.

We have tried to deactivate and re-activate the emails but this also did not help.
 

We need some help please! a lot of thanks!
