Hi

On our form for an issue submission we have a mandatory field call Location and its Data Source is Locations, however, it does not pull the submitted data through to the ticket. Any ideas please?

That’s a little bit odd.

I’d suggest to submit a support ticket for faster resolution directly with Freshworks supports, as it may be something in your instance.
