Total number of tickets in ticket view

When working in focus mode (especially then), it would be interesting to see the total number of tickets on the list you're going through.


As it is now, you may start at the top and you just keep going and going, without a clear idea of how many there are still left to do.


Having the count somewhere visible without needing to go back to the list would be useful.

Something like this, maybe:

That's a good one, @Markus. We'll see if we can surface the number of unsolved tickets somewhere in the page.

On another note, we're also looking at different scenarios based on which we can bump tickets in the queue. One key indicator can be the ticket priority - on closing a ticket, we can take you to the next available ticket with the highest priority. Do you have any key indicators based on which you decide the next best ticket to action upon?

Well, I've added the idea of being able to sort list by multiple criteria. Right now, you could only sort by - for example - priority, descending.

If you had multiple sorting criteria, you'd have the same thing you're describing without having to hard code it.


Let's say: Sort by due time then priority.
