Freshservice has a pretty good project management module that would definitely be a welcome addition to Freshdesk as well.
Besides offering support for our software, we also have onboarding / deployments that have many moving parts and pieces. We are using Freshdesk currently, and I have done the Freshservice trial. While Freshservice is more focused on intercompany matters, it would not really work for our customer focused model.
Has there been any consideration into adding the project management module available in Freshservice over to Freshdesk as well to handle customer facing projects?
Sounds like a win to me!!
