Is it Possible to include a Custom Fields a a column of a ticket view?

Related to this question -- how do we modify these ticket views?


Ricardo wanted to know how to include a Custom Field, and I'm wondering how we go about doing any customization to the ticket views?

We do have the option to use custom drop-downs and Dependent drop-downs as filters to create custom ticket views.


@Marc could you please elaborate on the type of customisations you'd like to perform on the Ticket views / Ticket List view page?

Hello,


The Customised table view on Mint exactly fits in for this requirement. It allows you to modify the columns on the ticket list view and you can show relevant fields' information that can help the agents to solve the issue faster.

It'd be great if we could have custom fields based on group. There's an app that attempts this, but it doesn't really work.
