Per Agent Pricing Plans (instead of per team)

For our team, it doesn't make a lot of sense to upgrade everyone to a new pricing plan with all of the new features associated with that plan (when not everyone will be using the associated features).

We are currently a team of 5 and we have one person that focuses more on web based support, one for social network interactions, etc., etc.

So, if you were able to allow us to upgrade one agent/user to specific support plan (like Garden) then we'd be able to have that one person be our main chat support agent. If they get overwhelmed and need help, then we would be able to add another user to that plan.

But it just doesn't make sense to upgrade all of our agents/users to that plan if they're not all going to use those features.

You would be getting more money out of our company if you allowed and set up ala cart pricing plans per agent/user.

Currently you're missing out on extra money from us because we're not willing to commit an extra $50/month (because our 5 users all have to be upgraded even if they're aren't going to use the features) in order to have live chat available from your service. I'm happy to pay another company $20/month for their chat service...it would make sense to use your service for chat if only one or two users could be upgraded (not our entire agent list). There is no reason to upgrade everyone if only one or two people will be using the features.

We understand your case. However, at this point this does not fit well with our current product roadmap and the features we've already planned. Nevertheless, we will definitely revisit this case at a later point in time.

I have the same problem. I don't need all my agents with chat feature.

We'd love to give you more money, but only on the specific agents that need some of the new features.

The reality is, we're not going to upgrade our small team of 8-10 to a more expensive new plan (for everyone), just so that a couple of our teammates can access (and actually use) some of the more advanced features. If you allowed us to upgrade users independently from the rest of the team, we would do this in a heartbeat.

Please take our money, please help us solve more problems, please add ala carte pricing per user! :)

Does this still apply? Can't find relevant info on pricing pages as this is of course not something they'd want to communicate in a pre upsale state.

This might be interesting to look at as an alternative:
