Is it possible to add a prominent reminder when the SLA is about to expire?

The current reminders in the ticket list and ticket details are not very eye-catching and the Agent cannot quickly notice them. There is no display in the dashboard that the SLA is about to expire.

Currently, there are only eye-catching reminders when the SLA is exceeded. Can the product team be asked to have a similar function when the SLA is about to expire?
