Hiya, Each month I track how many solutions articles we have, along with the views, likes and dislikes.  This is really important to see how many customers are using the Portal.  Currently I have to hand tally the numbers as their are no totals fields in FreshDesk.  Can you please add totals or even better, a way to run reports on the Solutions?  See attached for an example:)

Has Freshdesk responded to this in any way?  Solutions reporting is something I could REALLY, REALLY use.

 I've asked this question separately, and have seen other threads about this. There have been a couple of FD replies that it's being worked on, but those were over a year ago.  

What's the status?  Timeline?

We are working on this already and are planning to launch the Knowledge base analytics by this quarter.


You can also export articles from the article list view in the meantime for further analysis. Please do reach out to support@freshdesk.com if you have any other questions.
