Increased options for "Observer" Triggers

I'd like to be able to create Observer rules for different triggers, such as "Subject is changed"

We use VSTS for our Developers and we forward tickets from Freshdesk to VSTS using BCC.  I would like to be able to run observer rules and scenarios based upon the email address in the BCC field.  Currently, only CC field can be programmed.


Trace.. How do you link VSTS to Freshdesk via BCC?
