Customer view - Tickets - Display date created and date last updated and by whom

It would be extremely helpful when reviewing tickets to have the date & time of when a ticket was submitted and when the ticket was responded to by. Currently the system just shows when a ticket was "reported" or comment say in months. However having the exact day, date, and time is better for documentation purposes providing extra detail. Thank you!
