we are on the edge to update our database and attach each of our requester to a location
but actually in any reports, there is no way to filter by site/location
do you plan to add this fearture soon ?
i now that you are working on an advanced reporting engine, will it let us use all the fields in requester details as an axis ? any ETA ?

I also need this feature.
We operate across multiple countries and need to report helpdesk figures on a site / location level.
In particular reports such as "Department at a Glance" are useless for us because that only allows us to select by Department (and each site can have tens of them).
We do not want to compile the report information multiple times and then aggregrate this information to get figures for a single location!
We are also unable to create an equivalent using the custom report feature as it does not allow you to specify a report using these templates.
Unfortunately, this request looks to be three years old and counting. However, competing products allow you to do this and are looking more attractive by the day...
Is there an update for this please? We have 7 regions and need to know which region (Location) are raising the most amount of incidents.
