The ability to receive tickets directly from facebook using a Freshdesk app built specifically for facebook.

We will take up Facebook app development after the current set of features are complete. We also want to hear from other customers on how important is it for them to have a Facebook app.

Facebook Integration in Freshdesk allows you to integrate your facebook pages to receive posts/comments/direct messages as support tickets and respond to them from the helpdesk. You can also create a support tab in your facebook page to aid users to search your k-base articles.
