Hey guys...quick video to request that our last used sorting order would be saved and default until we change it again...

Hello,


The last seen view of the tickets will be remembered and set as default view for the agents on clicking the Tickets tab. If you apply additional filters/sort results, it is recommended to save it as a view for future accessibility.
