Custom depending fields creation

I need to create a type of ticket something like "application form for new working place" - when customer chose it, new ticket fields are appearing, dropdown list "office", checkboxes "needed equipment" and so on.

I believe you'd like to display a section of fields based on the user's input in the new ticket form. Dynamic forms exactly serves this purpose and it allows you to define a section of fields for a specific type value. For example, if the user selects the type as "office", you can set it up in a way that only certain fields show up on the ticket form. 


You can also create a dynamic section based on the values of a custom dropdown field.
