I'm not if it's just me but I find it extremely difficult to use the pane to Edit Ticket.
The Edit Pane is a pushed all the way to the right of the screen and makes adding text and images difficult to preview.
Anyone else has issues with this?
Could the Pane be expanded, or just make a regular edit window just how the Edit function within Solutions. Not sure what the idea behind this pane but it's so inconvenient.
