Set ticket properties with canned responses

Hi,

 

Every time after sending a canned response I need to go and set various properties like the tag for example.

 

My suggestion is to add ticket properties to canned responses so that if the properties have a value then these properties are assigned to a ticket automatically when the text is inserted.

A maybe slightly softer version of this request/idea would be to get a new event ticket.cannedResponseInserted.
Way less effort for Freshworks product teams and pretty everyone with some javascript skills could implement an app, which does what @r4s is heading for.
I just made an idea on the Freshworks Dev Community. So would be happy if you upvote there aswell.
