Display both mobile and landline phone numbers on ticket

When we have both a landline and a mobile phone number populated for a requester, the system only displays the landline when viewing the ticket.


It would be really useful if both contact numbers were displayed on the ticket so you could call the mobile without having to click into the requester record.

I'm obviously a lone voice on this one but it would be very useful (and presumably fairly easy to code!)

I agree that this would be helpful and working for a software company myself and can't see that displaying the data would be a complex development cycle.

Requester widget allows you to display additional information about the contact on the ticket page. You can configure this widget under Admin-> Customer fields section to include mobile numbers and other custom field data.
