Test Dispatch'r and Supervisor rules against tickets

 Issue to be solved

When building conditional ticket rules there is no way to test if the tickets you want to qualify for the rule truly do so.

Proposed Solution

I suggest therefore making possible to choose already created ticket to test rules with. This feature would then indicate if ticket qualifies for the condition in a rule. Furthermore if rule has multiple conditions then indicate for each condition if a ticket qualifies or not for the given condition.
