As an agent, I'd like to be able to choose the requester's language from the New Ticket form.
When I create a new ticket, and from the new ticket form I put in a new requester, it is currently not possible to choose the requester's language. It will always be the default language.
If you operate a company which is active in several countries with different languages, it is an annoyance to have to update the language from the requester's details each time, thereby having to leave the ticket. Therefore, this extra field would be very helpful.
