New Ticket for New Requestor: can't set language

As an agent, I'd like to be able to choose the requester's language from the New Ticket form.


When I create a new ticket, and from the new ticket form I put in a new requester, it is currently not possible to choose the requester's language. It will always be the default language.


If you operate a company which is active in several countries with different languages, it is an annoyance to have to update the language from the requester's details each time, thereby having to leave the ticket. Therefore, this extra field would be very helpful.

The Contact creation widget in the new ticket form is aimed at easing the process for the agents when they're trying to create a new ticket. We'll look into the possibility of adding more fields to the form at a later point of time.


As a workaround, you could create a contact first and then use the new ticket creation button on the contact page to create a ticket for the newly created contact. This way, the agent will have to enter all required contact information and then proceed to create a ticket.
