Show Assigned Group on Ticket Window

On the ticket screen you can currently see (and change) the following:

  • Agent
  • Status
  • Priority

It would be GREAT if you could see/change GROUP here also.

Again i wanted to push for this as it would be incredible valuable as we have to work with multiple mailboxes


I see the status changed to "Not Taken", can this be clarified?

This feature is currently not in our list of priorities, that is why it is marked as not taken. 


Really nice to see you active on our forums. Please keep those suggestions coming.

I would also like to see the "Group" in the main ticket page.  That would be a great asset to us.

With the new *MINT* interface, you'd be able to view groups/any custom property of the ticket in the table view. The MINT interface is still a work in progress and it is being rolled out in phases. If you'd like to see what we have in store, please write to us on support(at)freshdesk(com) .
