Automate Child Ticket Creation

I'd love to see the ability to automate child ticket creation.


For instance, if a customer puts in a ticket with Type "New Employee," we would like to automatically create child tickets for (1) the guy that is getting the computer put together, (2) the guy setting up a phone, and (3) the guy setting up their network ID.

We heard your feedback and have already built API's to create a child ticket. This can be used in combination with Automations to achieve your use case.
