Hi,
I have disabled this option in Helpdesk Settings: “Freshdesk Support Desk Branding - Turning this off will remove the Freshdesk Support Desk branding in the footer of both your agent and customer portals”
But in reports always appear the FreshDesk Brand like this:

This should not occur. If I have disabled all Freshdesk Branding I should be able to send an automatic Report to a customer without this brand.
