I would like to click less and have the ability to exit a Service Request Item(cancel out) or even update/save without being brought back to the main Service Request listing. Sometimes, I’m doing maintenance and need to stay in the same Service Category. It really is a lot to click back into the Service Category and then the next Service Item.
If you could make it like the Solutions Articles where it goes back one level and not to the beginning that would be great.
