      Subject: CRM & Automation Project – Freshsales + Signable Integration

      Hi,

      I’m a franchise consultant based in Newbury. I currently use Freshsales to manage enquiries and send NDAs via Signable, then follow up with franchise packs and Zoom bookings. I want to automate the process so that:

      • New enquiries (from my website) are captured automatically into Freshsales

      • Prospects receive a branded intro email and an NDA link automatically

      • Once NDA is signed, the franchise pack + booking link is sent automatically

      • CRM updates reflect every step (status, activities, tasks)

      I’d like help to build and configure the complete automation using tools like Freshsales, Make or Zapier, Signable, and Calendly/Zoom.

      Since your requirement has multiple steps and requires updates to be made on one platform depending on updates happening on another platform, the best aproach here would be to go for a custom app.
